In a typical year, the Health & Fitness Expo welcomes 20,000 visitors including our 12,800 race participants, friends, family, and the general public to share in a three-day celebration featuring the latest in running, fitness, and uniquely Cape Cod items. Find official race apparel and the latest athletic shoes at the ASICS booth, get your poster signed by former Olympians and road race legends, attend seminars, experience the ASICS Falmouth Road Race course video, and maybe even get your runner gift bag from one of our elite athletes or local celebrities!

Since this is a transitional year, the Health and Fitness Expo is going to be a scaled back experience. However, we are excited to announce that it will be open to the public. All runners and their family and friends are welcome to come pick up their number and participate in the festivities leading up to race day!
