The 41st running of Shipwrecked Falmouth in the Fall road race is set for Sunday, November 14 at 11:00am on the same seven mile course as the ASICS Falmouth Road Race, which runs from Woods Hole to Falmouth Heights.

The Town of Falmouth allows a field size of 1,000.

Registration for the 2021 Shipwrecked Falmouth in the Fall road race is $45 per runner. PLEASE NOTE: REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED

You will have up to one hour and 45 min to complete the 7-mile race course. It is not a walking event.

Yes, although many restrictions have been lifted, we are modifying our plan accordingly. Our race management team, including our medical committee leaders, continue to work with the Falmouth Public Safety team, town officials, FRR, Inc. board members, and other stakeholders to plan a safe return to an in-person event. Please see the Covid-19 Mitigation Strategies page, which can be found on the homepage of our website.

You must be at least 10 years old on or by race day in order to participate.

Yes! You can send a family member or a friend to pick up your number. They will need a copy of your photo ID (a picture of it will do), their own Photo ID, and your phone number.

Anyone can run, as long as you are 10 years of age or older.

Due to the nature of events, we have a no refund policy and are unable to offer deferments. If you would like to transfer your bib number to someone else for a $10.00 fee, please email your request to info@falmouthinthefall.com by November 1, 2021.

This Veterans Day, we would like to honor active duty and retired military by having you start at the front of the race. Please let us know if you are active duty or retired military by emailing: info@falmouthinthefall.com. We will give you an American flag sticker for your bib so that you can claim your spot in front of the pack. Thank you for your service!

We will offer bib pick-up at our sponsor locations: Cape Cod Coffee and Shipwrecked as well as on the ball field in Falmouth Heights on race day.

We hope you will stay and enjoy our race day Finish Festival presented by Cape Cod Coffee. There will be coffee, hot apple cider, chowder and apple cider donuts from Jack in the Beanstalk. Music, corn hole, hay bales, photo ops, face painting and fall themed tattoos for the kiddos and lots more fun located on the ball field. Across the street at our official race sponsor, Shipwrecked, those over 21 can purchase a bracelet to attend the beer garden. The first 500 to purchase a bracelet will receive a promotional race glass! (Bracelets can be purchased at bib pick-up locations ahead of race day.)
