Frequently Asked Questions

Sunday, November 5, 2023 at 11AM. This race is on the same seven-mile course as the ASICS Falmouth Road Race, which runs from Woods Hole to Falmouth Heights.

The Town of Falmouth has limited the field size of this event to 1000.

Registration fees are $55 per person.

You will have up to one hour and 45 min to complete the 7-mile race course. It is not a walking event.

You must be at least 10 years old on or by race day in order to participate.

Yes! You can send a family member or a friend to pick up your number. They will need a copy of your photo ID (a picture of it will do), their own Photo ID, and your phone number.

Anyone can run, as long as you are 10 years of age or older on race day.

We have a no-refund policy and we do NOT offer transfers or defer entries.

We suggest that runners park near the finish line area and take one of the free buses provided for participating runners to the start in Woods Hole.
Please park in public parking areas such as public beach lots, Falmouth Recreation Department and Falmouth Town Hall Square.
Buses will leave from the finish line area beginning at 8:30AM. The last bus to the start in Woods Hole will leave at 10:15AM.

Runners will be released onto the race course in 3 pulses. All finish times are net time vs. gun time, and the winner is the first male/female to cross the finish line. Runners should self-seed appropriately at the start, with faster runners lining up at the front of the field.
