
Jennifer Edwards
Executive Director
Jennifer joined the Falmouth Road Race team in 2011. As Executive Director of Falmouth Road Race, Inc. she brings the strategic vision of the organization to life through collaboration with industry leaders. Having a passion for community service and event management, she serves on the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce board of directors, as Race Director for the Holidays by the Sea Jingle Jog, and a volunteer for the Falmouth Band Parents Association, Falmouth’s Volunteers in Public Schools (VIPS), the Falmouth Walk and the Heroes in Transition Ruck4HIT. As former Director of Special Projects with DMSE Sports, Inc. she continues with her role as Hydration Station Coordinator for the B.A.A. Boston Marathon. Jennifer holds a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from UMass Amherst and worked in healthcare and education for 15 years before transitioning to the running industry. She enjoys all aspects of life on Cape Cod with her family.

Megan Faulkner
Director of Sponsorships & Special Events
Megan joined the Falmouth Road Race management team as the Health & Fitness Expo Manager in 2012. Having previously worked for New Seabury, Megan holds over 20 years of experience in event planning and business. As a Falmouth native, Megan is actively involved the community, and enjoys volunteering at her daughters’ schools through the VIPS program, and with the Falmouth Running Club. Megan’s husband and two daughters also share her love of service and the Falmouth Road Race and are frequent volunteers and runners of the race.

Andrea Norris
Program Manager
Andrea brings many years of experience in sales and service to managing the Numbers for Nonprofits and Patrons and Benefactors programs. Having grown up in Falmouth, she has participated in many aspects of the Falmouth Road Race from water station volunteer with her FHS freshman class to running the race multiple times in her teens and 20s. She lives in East Falmouth with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys paddle boarding in the early morning, baking pies, and reading at the beach.

Kristina Stanley
Event Manager
Kristina is thrilled to be working with the Falmouth in the Fall management team again this year. She is a seasoned event planner with a passion for detail, operations and logistics. She has produced more than 500 events in the past 18 years – from major fundraisers with Lahey Health to scholarship events at MIT to premiere galas for Chicago’s Museum of Science & Industry – all with focus on a meaningful attendee experience, and with a big smile along the way. She is a member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and a certified PADI Advanced Open Water scuba diver. In her free time you’ll find her wakeboarding on Johns Pond, clamming in Waquoit Bay, and exploring the many magical nooks and crannies of the Cape and Islands.

Kerri Brodie
Volunteer Manager
Kerri is part of the Falmouth Road Race team as Volunteer Manager with her husband, Brian. She has lived in Falmouth for 23 years and has raised their two children here. She has run the Falmouth Road Race over 15 times and is thrilled to become more involved with the operation of the race because she knows how important it is to the community of Falmouth. Kerri is also a Mathematics teacher and Department Head at Mashpee Middle-High School. Besides teaching and spending time with her family, she loves to be outdoors, practice yoga, and cook.

Brian Brodie
Volunteer Manager
Brian is Volunteer Manager of the race with his wife, Kerri. He has lived in Falmouth for 23 years but has spent time here in the summers since he was a child. He has run the race many times over the years and has also volunteered with his children’s athletic teams for different road race events. He has always been a big supporter of the race and all it does for Falmouth and surrounding communities. Brian is also a History Teacher and Department Head at Mashpee-Middle High School. Besides teaching, Brian enjoys boating, swimming, and attending his children’s sporting events.

Lindsay Benson
Social Media Manager
Lindsay Benson joined the Falmouth Road Race as the Social Media Manager in 2018. A graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester and Simmons College in Boston, where she earned her M.S.Ed. in special education, Lindsay also works as a special education teacher at Mullen-Hall Elementary School in Falmouth. A resident of Falmouth Heights, Lindsay has been walking to the ball field to watch family and friends cross the finish line since the early 1980’s, and has run the race herself four times. Lindsay is an active member of the Falmouth running community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Falmouth Running Club; and working as a race ambassador for the ZOOMA Women’s Race Series and race director of the Falmouth Flag Day 5K. Lindsay spends her free time photographing Falmouth’s spectacular coastline on her daily runs, and having fun with her husband, Matt, and their three sons.

Kelly Gross
Sponsorship Coordinator
Kelly began working for the Falmouth Road Race in 2010 as a race intern. She and her family been involved over the years by participating in the race’s Elite Athlete Host Family Program and as sponsor of the Tommy Cochary High School Mile race. She brings years of race experience and a love of connecting brands and people with experiences. In addition to working for the race, Kelly is also the Director of Client Engagement at Brand Content, a creative communications agency in Boston and Co-Founder of Impart, a women’s young professional organization focusing on empowering and cultivating Boston-based women to fuel change, specifically among nonprofit organizations. She enjoys spending summers in Falmouth and winters on the ski slopes in Killington.
