Falmouth, MA (November 16, 2020) – Falmouth Road Race, Inc. is accepting grant proposals from local nonprofit or education organizations for its latest round of community giving. The deadline for submission is December 1.
To be successful, the grant requests should reflect the philanthropic goals of Falmouth Road Race (FRR), with a focus on youth athletics and on programming that promotes health and wellness.
The Community Giving and Grants Program was established as a way for FRR to give back to the community for its help with the annual Falmouth Road Race. Since fiscal year 2012-2013, the race organization has contributed more than $3.69 million to the health and wellness of Falmouth and the surrounding area through the program.
Over that time period, at least 75 organizations or programs have been awarded grants. For more information, visit falmouthitf.wpengine.com/grant-program.
